Return Policy

1. Introduction
This Return Policy describes your rights and our procedures for returning products, obtaining refunds and handling defective goods when you purchase from Wlixaruneph ("we", "us"). This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA), including Norway, you have a statutory right of withdrawal and rights in case of non-conformity; this policy explains how we implement those rights.
2. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EEA)
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business or profession) and you are located in the EEA, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
2.1 Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods. If you ordered multiple goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you nominate) acquire physical possession of the last item.
2.2 How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the following model form, but it is not obligatory:
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product name and order reference]. Ordered on / received on: [date]. My name and address: [your name and address]. Signature (if sent by post): [optional]."
You can send this to: help@wlixaruneph.world or Wlixaruneph, Torggata 1, 0181 Oslo, Norway. We will send you an acknowledgment of your withdrawal without delay.
2.3 Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We will inform you of the return address and any instructions when we acknowledge your withdrawal.
2.4 Condition of returned goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop, but you must not use the product beyond what is necessary to determine whether you want to keep it. If the product is sealed (e.g. in a blister or bottle seal), unsealing it may in some cases be considered use beyond what is necessary; in that case we may deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the diminished value, or we may refuse the return if the product cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons. For food supplements (including Cardiolyx), once the seal is broken we may not be able to accept the return for resale; we will inform you when we acknowledge your withdrawal.
2.5 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under EU/EEA consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others: (a) the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised; (b) the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; (c) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. To the extent that our products fall within these categories (e.g. sealed supplements that have been unsealed), we may not be obliged to accept the return; we will assess each case and inform you. For products that have not been unsealed and are in resalable condition, we will accept returns within the 14-day period in accordance with this policy.
3. Returns for other reasons (outside withdrawal)
If you are not a consumer, or you are outside the withdrawal period, or you wish to return a product for a reason other than withdrawal (e.g. you ordered the wrong item), please contact us. We may at our discretion accept such returns and agree on the terms (e.g. refund or exchange, and who bears the return cost). We are not obliged to accept returns outside the statutory withdrawal right or beyond what is required by law.
4. Defective or non-conforming goods
If the product you received is defective, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract, you have rights under applicable consumer law (e.g. Norwegian forbrukerkjøpsloven or the Consumer Rights Directive in the EU). You may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the nature of the lack of conformity and the law that applies to you.
You must inform us of the defect or non-conformity within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered it. We will ask you to provide details and, where appropriate, photos or other evidence. We may ask you to return the product for inspection. If we agree that the product is defective or non-conforming, we will either repair or replace it, or offer a price reduction or refund as appropriate. We will bear the cost of return shipping for defective or non-conforming goods where required by law.
This does not affect your statutory rights. For consumers in Norway, the standard two-year liability for non-conformity under forbrukerkjøpsloven applies; for consumers in other EEA countries, the applicable national rules apply.
5. Refund method and timing
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We will process the refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of (a) our receipt of the returned goods, or (b) your having provided evidence of having sent them back, or (c) our confirmation that you are not required to send the goods back (e.g. in case of a defective product we have asked you to dispose of). Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Return shipping and packaging
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective product), you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and for ensuring they are packed appropriately so that they are not damaged in transit. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of posting. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods during return shipment until we receive them. If you are returning goods under the right of withdrawal, we will provide you with the return address and any specific instructions when we acknowledge your withdrawal.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukertilsynet) or the relevant consumer authority in your country. EU/EEA consumers may also use the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
8. Changes to this Return Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly. Changes will apply to new orders and returns initiated after the update. For orders placed before the update, the version of the policy in effect at the time of the order may apply to the extent relevant. We encourage you to review this page when you consider a return.
