1. Introduction and scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://wlixaruneph.world (the "website") and any orders you place for products offered thereon, including Cardiolyx and related products (the "products"). By accessing the website, placing an order or using our contact forms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place orders. We recommend that you read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy.
These Terms apply to consumers and business customers to the extent applicable. For consumers in Norway, mandatory provisions of Norwegian consumer law (e.g. forbrukerkjøpsloven) apply and cannot be limited by these Terms.

- Order: your binding request to purchase one or more products submitted via our website or other agreed channel.
- Product(s): the goods (including Cardiolyx and any related items) offered for sale on the website.

We offer dietary supplements and related products, including Cardiolyx, a complex intended to support the heart, blood vessels, digestion and vitality. Product descriptions, images and specifications on the website are for information purposes. We strive to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date but do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update product information. Product packaging may vary; we will deliver the product that corresponds to the current description at the time of order to the best of our ability.
Our products are food supplements and are not medicinal products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results and experiences may vary. 5. Orders and contract formation
When you submit an order via the website (or other agreed channel), you make an offer to purchase the product(s) on the terms stated at the time of order (price, quantity, delivery options). We will send you an order confirmation by email once we have received your order. A binding contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order, which we do by sending the order confirmation or by dispatching the product, whichever is earlier. If we cannot accept your order (e.g. out of stock, pricing error), we will inform you and will not charge you for the rejected order.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide (name, address, email, phone) is correct and complete. We are not liable for failed delivery or communication due to incorrect contact details.
Prices displayed on the website are in the currency stated (e.g. EUR) and, unless otherwise indicated, do not include shipping. Applicable VAT and shipping costs will be shown before you confirm the order where required by law. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if we have already accepted your order at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund any payment, or agree with you on the correct price.
6. Payment
Payment is due as specified in the order process (e.g. by card, PayPal or other offered method). You must pay the full amount (product price, shipping and any applicable taxes) at the time of order unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We use secure payment providers; your payment details are processed by them in accordance with their terms and applicable data protection rules. We do not store your full card number. If payment fails, we may cancel the order or contact you to arrange payment.
7. Delivery and risk
We will deliver the product(s) to the address you provide, within the timeframe stated on the website or in the order confirmation (typically 2–5 business days after dispatch for destinations we serve). Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (for consumer sales, risk may pass upon delivery to you under applicable law). You must inspect the goods upon delivery and notify us promptly of any visible damage or shortage.
8. Withdrawal and returns (consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EEA (including Norway), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you nominate) acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email to help@wlixaruneph.world). 9. Warranties and limitations of liability
We warrant that the products will conform to the description and be of satisfactory quality at the time of delivery. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights (e.g. under Norwegian forbrukerkjøpsloven) are not affected. If a product is defective, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in accordance with applicable law.
Except as required by mandatory law: (a) we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) we are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill; and (c) our total liability for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the website and placing orders, you acknowledge that we may process your data as described there. 11. Complaints and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. For consumers, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the website shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway, except where mandatory law requires otherwise (e.g. the courts of your place of residence for consumers).
